We care passionately about the quality of our magazines and our only aim is for them to land on your doorstep, safely, on time, looking great and free from damage regardless of the distance between our front door to yours. All of our products are dispatched in double padded envelopes via Royal Mail tracked for your security. 

UK ORDERS

All in stock magazine orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. UK deliveries usually take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive once dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 unless otherwise stated in the product description. Deliveries will be charged based on quantity order and item weight. Tracking details will be provided to the specified email address on your order form. 

EU ORDERS

All in stock magazine orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. EU deliveries usually take approximately 6-10 working days to arrive once dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked unless otherwise stated in the product description. Deliveries will be charged based on quantity order and item weight. Tracking details will be provided to the specified email address on your order form. 

Note: Kit Magazine have no control over delays caused by Customs, should any delays arise due to this. 

If you are in the EU, you are now liable to pay all extra import duties. If you are waiting for your items, please be aware that you may now have some customs charges to pay before it is released. It's important to check your spam and junk folders for any liaison from the local customs office so you can retrieve your items.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
